By downloading, accessing, or using Carcade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Carcade lets you photograph or upload images of cars, receive AI-generated identification and information about them, and save them to a personal collection ("Garage"). You may also connect with other users through the Friends feature.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload
• You're responsible for what you capture and share — including ensuring you have the right to photograph and share any content you submit
• By sharing content through the app (e.g. via the Share feature), you take responsibility for where and how it's distributed

AI-Generated Information

Car identification, estimated values, and rarity ratings are generated by AI and are approximations only. They should not be relied upon as accurate appraisals, financial advice, or authoritative vehicle information.

Advertising

Carcade is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or services they promote. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Carcade to harass other users, upload content that isn't yours to share, attempt to abuse or exploit the identification system, or violate any applicable law.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Carcade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated identification or valuation data.
